Welcome to Hassam E-Commerce Life. We provide Shopify store design, product listing, SEO setup, and related e-commerce services.

30% Advance Payment

A 30% advance payment is required before work begins. This advance confirms the project and allows us to begin working on the agreed services.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If the client cancels the project before any work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any payment processing or administrative costs, where applicable.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work on the project has started, the 30% advance payment is generally non-refundable because time and resources have already been allocated to the project.

Remaining Payment

The remaining 70% payment becomes due according to the agreed project completion and handover terms.

Completed Services

Because our services involve custom digital work, completed and delivered work cannot normally be returned like a physical product.

Refund requests after substantial or complete delivery will be reviewed only where the delivered service materially differs from the scope that was agreed before the project started.

Revisions

Corrections and revisions that fall within the originally agreed project scope can be requested before final handover. Requests for additional features, extra products, redesigns, or work outside the original agreement may require an additional fee.

Client Delays

If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, content, products, store access, feedback, or other necessary material, this does not automatically qualify the project for a refund.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third parties—such as Shopify subscriptions, domains, paid themes, apps, advertising platforms, suppliers, or other external services—are not refundable by Hassam E-Commerce Life unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Sales & Revenue

We provide design, setup and e-commerce support services. We do not guarantee specific sales, profits, traffic, advertising performance, or business results.

To request a refund or discuss a payment issue, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website. Include your name, selected package, payment details, and reason for the request.

Hassam E-Commerce Life reserves the right to review refund requests based on the agreed project scope and the work already completed.
